Processing
Orders placed before 10 am ET on a business day ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day.
Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track it from Customer Support with your order number.
International
We ship unfortunately do not ship outside the United States. We are actively working to expand our availability and will provide updates as soon as they are available.
Lost or stolen packages
Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.
Damaged items
If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@laddandco.com with photos and a description of the damage.
